INMYFEELS started in 2020 by creator and teacher Megan, creating a place where it’s a fun and safe space for people to start their self love journey and dancing journey. Whether you dance on the regular and have experience , or if dancing is completely new for you , we welcome everyone. We believe everyone can dance and there’s no limits. Our focus is to make you feel seen, supported and encouraged to start your self love journey.

These classes focus on embracing inner and body confidence through the art of dance. A time to explore sensuality and step out of your comfort zone to become your best self. By being surrounded by other incredible people, who support and encourage one another. We create an atmosphere in our classes where you feel safe to be yourself and focus on you.

INMYFEELS classes are not about perfection. They are about learning to love yourself, your body and feel empowered as a woman through dance.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Megan, the owner and instructor of INMYFEELS. My journey in dance began at the age of 5, and I continued my passion by studying musical theatre and performing arts, where I trained in various dance styles. With extensive experience in teaching performing arts, I’ve always cherished the opportunity to share my love and passion with others.

Dancing in high heels transformed my perspective and sparked my own self-love journey, boosting my confidence both mentally and physically. After facing mental health challenges, I found that dancing in heels made a significant difference in how I felt. In 2020, I decided to turn this passion into a business, creating a safe and supportive space for women to embark on their own self-love journeys while learning empowering routines. Join me in celebrating confidence and connection through dance!
